You'll fall in love with the park-like grounds, the fire pit surrounded by adirondack chairs, & sweeping river views, as well as over 300 ft of private shoreline to wade out in pristine waters, cast a line and snag a smallmouth, or easily launch a kayak for a lazy float trip with friends.

'Steal' some time away from busy life and enjoy a peaceful getaway at 'The Heist' - our second, and newly (yet historically) renovated river retreat at Watershed! Located directly on the majestic Little Miami River (with a private beach and kayak launch), surrounded by wooded hillsides, and a natural wellspring-fed creek, this is the ideal setting for both relaxation & fun for all ages. Built in 1860, this historic, character-filled, rustic wood cabin has just been lovingly restored and strikes a charming balance of both ‘very old’ and ‘very new’.
